Smell Removal Instruction

Due to the fact that our straw is made of platinum silicone, it’s normal that there may be a slightly natural silicone smell. We suggest the method below to improve that if you prefer:

1. Boil the straw in hot water for 5 minutes, dry it, and then the smell will be removed.
2. Fill the straw with 2 grams or more red or green tea and at least 80% of 190 degrees F or higher hot water. Close the cap and seal the bottle for 2 hours, then discard the tea and water, and dry it naturally. Afterward, the smell will basically be removed.
